W_ADEPT_CORE_WRONG_DEVICE

The error is: 

"Unable to download Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: W_ADEPT_CORE_WRONG_DEVICE"

The issue is that the user can get the .acsm file to work properly on one device. They try to install the app on a different device sign in with the same Adobe ID, and they get that error. 

Please help.

Has you check if the ebook have a limation of download?

I believe our company allows six downloads per .acsm file. I am double checking with the developers who work with it.

Which OS used the user? 
Have you check if autohriez the ADE with right adobe ID?
Can he open ather eBooks?

Hi there, Obviously there hasn't been an answer to the question for five years, but when I look at the number of views, I see that there are a lot of people who know the problem and need a solution. Is there anyone here who knows how to deal with it? I would be very grateful for any help. Cheers!
