Adobe Dimension work flow with large files/ multiple objects

I'm new to Dimension and trying to figure out a good work flow when using multiple objects in one file. I'm essentially building a box packaging mockup, which then is placed 3x5 (25 packs) in a tray, and then stacked 5x5 (25 trays, 625 packs) on a crate. As I build my file, it freezes and is too big. How should I change my flow of work to avoid super heavy files?

Did you import them one by one, or duplicate or create instances?

Try to "Copy" and past new object as instance "Past as Instance" . The final file in that case become smaller as pasted object are linked to Base object. Also try to decrease decal files resolution and size. Use Ray tracking preview from Render preview or decrease render preview from Full to  minimal in render Preview Panel menu.
