Adobe Dimensions doesn't work properly on apple silicon devices. I'm on m2 pro chip macbook pro and I literally did every way to fix that.
When first time I tried to download adobe dimensions, the cc said "It's not available on silicon chip but download the intel version so you can use on your mac". I downloaded it, and everytime I run it on the right corner there is a exclamation mark on the cloud icon saying that "Doesn't connected to cc" (The first screenshot in the attached files)
The time I realized this is actually cruical thing that is missing. I can only use basic shapes, can't use any free assets inside of the app and it look not compatible. (Screenshot 2, showing the alert I get when I try to use some assets from left page) Since I'm using the dimensions app to make mockups. This totally wrecked me because I was ended up couldn't rendered my product coverings. I saw on their site that, dimensions doesn't supported by silicon chips
The adobe team should fix this as soon as possible for graphic designers. They did not announced any date related to that.
Hi. Yes, my pc is meets the specs. The problem source is Adobe Dimensions, not my pc, thanks to the support they made it clear by confirming that they haven't properly integrated yet. I've talked with the support. They're aware of that its not compatible for now. I'm using the latest macbook pro m2 pro chip. The apple silicone chip doesnt support adobe dimensions. It's still usable in way but its very limited since I can't use half of the assets. I hope they speed up the process. Thanks for mov

did you check to see if your computer (esp, its processor) meets specs?
https://helpx.adobe.com/dimension/system-requirements.html
if you're already aware of this and are attempting to make a suggestion to adobe about something that they are unaware:
for applicable apps, you can make (some) suggestions to adobe here, https://helpx.adobe.com/ie/x-productkb/global/how-to-user-voice.html
for others, use https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html

So there is no solution yet. People who are having similar issue on older pc's they can fix it by signing out and signing again.
