Can't open saved .dn file

New Here ,
Apr 08, 2019 Apr 08, 2019

Hello, we save our 3D models from 3DS Max as FBX files and I can easily insert and edit them in Adobe Dimension. But after saving the project I can't open the file anymore.  No matter which drawing I try. I can't open the .dn file afterwards.

Here are the ERROR lines from the log file:

gbl       Error   7448ms> RENDERCORE ERROR: GL Render Target should not have a depth buffer attached, not anymore.

gbl       Error   7448ms> RENDERCORE ERROR: Bad Context or bad FBO attachment

As these are confidential company data, I cannot send the file unfortunately.
