Can't upload FBX-Upload FIles

Hello, 

Hello, I've recently been unable to upload FBX files. I've tried it with various files, but I keep getting the same error message... the Dimension-Version is 4.1.4

I uninstalled the current version and reinstalled the program; I started importing FBX files, which worked in the past with older versions; now the upload stops mid-process – without any notification. The program simply returns to a blank interface.

If youable please post log file. You can find it Help menu ..Get Log. If it possible please share fbx file via any cloud.
