I have opened and used Dimension CC absolutely fine in the past day or so, but now it won't open due to the specs of my laptop. Any reasons why this would be?

In our next planned update we are removing system requirements as a blocking factor.  We are testing that version now and you're welcome to join the Dimension CC Prerelease to get early access to that build and try it out.

This is usually caused by having low RAM.  Dimensions minimum RAM amount is 8GB.  Because of operating system usage and other apps we actually check for 7GB of available RAM.  If you have other apps open and memory is being used then you might be temporarily below minimum 7GB and be blocked.  You can close additional programs and old processes or try a system restart to clean up things.

In our next release we will no longer block for being below minimum and just give you a warning instead.

Thank you for the quick reply.

Unfortunately, I don't believe this is the issue, due to having 16GB of ram with nothing else open at the time. I don't know what is causing this issue.

I'm finding multiple threads reporting the same type of issue, which I am also having. I have not seen a solution posted. I just watched your video for Adobe MAX 2020, and I wanted to try the software. It's not letting me get past the Home screen, and it won't Quit.
