I created 3D models in illustrator and have rendered them in glass in Dimension.
I have used white planes on the vertical and horizontal axis and added the bottle model on top of this.
I am getting jagged lines in the model- please see image. Is there something I could be doing wrong?
Thanks for your help - new to dimension!
3D object in Ai is created correctly. For now i am using a new Dn (Beta) and get smooth result. In your image glass looks also smooth. Not sure, but this artifact can be reflection of environment light. Try to change environment light or customize individual llights.

I will also add- the render is low quality despite me selecting high quality PSD.

Can you share Illustrator file? Try to create a curve and then use 3D Revolve in Illustrator for bottle. Export GLTF.

I had been exporting as USDA/USDZ - Would GLTF be better? Bottle ai file here: https://we.tl/t-MqO10rrqPz

I agree it could be a reflection so first restart the computer. And then turn on dimension and see if the issue is still Persisting Another thing you could try is use plastic instead of glass you might get the same effect. Doesthe illustrator file with the glass have two edges along the glass contour? that could be another reason why you're getting those reflections make sure you turn around your glass, with the orbit tool, all directions with all lighting Acceptable until you can and see all angles give you the results that you want.

I tired this but using plastic instead of glass and I now think it must have been the lighting, but because the glass took so long to render, it wasn't clear what would affect it and hard to undertand how to customise the lighting properly. I think as a beginner it's worth me experimenting using the plastic material to understand lighting before I get into glass! I also tried exporting GTLF and this seemed to work. Thank you for your help!
