I want to use my 3D model from Dimension to Premier Pro

Hello, I want to use my 3D model from Dimension to Premier Pro of After Effect. But is it an only way to render it to png file? I want to make some movement, then do I have to render it frame by frame?

Dimension can't export movies so you have to export and import 3d file format models created in Dn and import them into other apps to create animation. 

Its not possible for PremierPro (as i know) but for After Effects there is some plugins or Lite Cinema4d that is installed with After Effects. Here is a short video how to realize that
