I use the same GPU. Did you checked Render option. Is it on for you? try to reinstall Dimension, For total cleaning Dn garbage file use Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation issues

I have the same problem and I reported it repeatedly! I have also sent the log file...Is anyone at Adobe working on a fix at all? I have to use couple of months an old version of Dimension on a more powerful computer, while the latest version works perfect on a cheap laptop! Stager the same! I will probably unsubscribe and find another software...Isn't the problem again that the computer user name has diacritics? In the past, there was already such an error with the pop-up window in photoshop. I am completely unhappy...

Hello Ares, I just wanted to let you know that I managed to resolve the issue. The problem is caused by a user name with diacritical marks. In my case, it’s "Lukáš." When I create an account with a different name without diacritics, the rendering engine works properly. I already mentioned this in another thread. I hope this information reaches Adobe developers or at least users who might face the same problem.
A similar issue happened to me in the past with Photoshop, where the pop-up window about AI updates kept appearing every time I launched the program. Anyway, the issue is resolved now, and we know what caused it and how to fix it.
