Model imported from Adobe Stock doesn't not have soft curved

Hi all, I imported in Dimension

a model purchased from Adobe Stock but the curves are segmented and not smooth. The image in Adobe Stock does not have this problem. Can anyone help me?

I aslo can see the original without any deforms. But viewing cameras are different.

The deformation is in the object but it is written that it is optimized for
Adobe Dimension and has a cost, there should be no deformation. Am I wrong?
