Unable to open Dimension file that worked yesterday

Hello,

I can no longer open one of my Adobe Dimension project files (.dn).
Yesterday, the file worked fine, but today Dimension shows the following error:

“Impossible to open the document. Please check the log file at
C:\Users\unive\AppData\Local\Adobe\Adobe Dimension\Dimension-2025-08-22.log”

Details:

  • Software: Adobe Dimension (latest version available)

  • OS: Windows 11

  • File type: .dn project file

  • Issue: File worked normally yesterday, but now refuses to open.

Things I already tried:

  • Restarting Dimension and my computer

  • Moving the file to a simple path (C:\temp\scene.dn)

  • Checking for auto-recovery files

  • Copying and renaming the .dn file as .zip to inspect the contents

None of these attempts worked. This file contains many hours of work, so I really need to recover it.

Could someone please help me repair or recover this .dn file?
Any advice on rebuilding or opening it in another Adobe app (e.g., Substance 3D Stager) would also be very helpful.

Thank for sharing log file. Team will review it. For now try to use previous version of Dn. May be that can help. if you will share file here via any cloud, i can try to open it in Stager.
