V-Ray render engine?

Is it me or has the option to which render engines been removed from preferences?

I'm sure I've switched before??

I do. But I don't get that option...reduced noise is the only render option

Also don't see 'Invert scroll direction'

that is odd, I did do an update to this version  2.2-20190307.m.2593-098fe7e8 maybe because I updated.

Un installed and then re installed...still missing
