8.0.2 installtion failed on 64bit >? WHY?

HI there :
i have dw 8.0 installed and tried to run the 8.0.2 and simply the installation can't run when i ran the update in the middle of the process i get this error :

The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000005) occurred in the application at location 0x77d04102.

click on OK to terminate the program
click on cancel to debug the program

here is the event log entery :

Application popup: MsiExec.exe - Application Error : The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000005) occurred in the application at location 0x77d04102.

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program


i will really approciate it if someone can point me to the right direction.

I am having the same problems on my win x64 installation. Did you resolve the problem yet? I can't find anything about it.
