8.0.2 installtion failed on 64bit >? WHY?

HI there :
i have dw 8.0 installed and tried to run the 8.0.2 and simply the installation can't run when i ran the update in the middle of the process i get this error :

The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000005) occurred in the application at location 0x77d04102.

click on OK to terminate the program
click on cancel to debug the program

I am having the same problems on my win x64 installation. Did you resolve the problem yet? I can't find anything about it.
