add a plugin in adobe phonegap build. how start ?

Hi,

i have created an app for my shop.

since the beginning i used the app with galaxy tab e with android 4.4.

but i had bought galaxy tab a with android 7 and i have a problem:

i use SDcard to have images that i can change easily.

in 4,4 i used only the link /storage/extSDcard/... and all was good..

i have seen that since android 6 we need permissions, so i have find cordova-plugin-android-permissions with read_local_storage

But i had never used plugins and i don't understand very well how i have to do to use it.... and i'm a beginner developper...

Somenone can help me to understand how use the plugin, and the files to fill correctly ?

Is this the Dreamweaver extension?
