Adding a Search Function to Dreamweaver Pages

I am a beginner, but I have a deadline, so I need to jump ahead to some advanced features. I would appreciate references to tutorial pages, etc., or any direct help y'all might be able to give me. I need to be able to add a search function to some of my Dreamweaver web pages. Thanks!

When it comes to search, it is always good to know specifically what you want to search, if you want to search the text of the pages within your site is one thing and searching dynamic content within a database is something else. If you provide more detail, perhaps others can suggest some specific extensions for you, but here's a couple:

WebAssist has a free extension for adding Google search to your site, this will allow for searching text that appears on your page:

We also have a database searching extension that is part of DataAssist (commercial):
