Can dreamweaver use True Type fonts or must I use a different kind...and where do I place them...must they be in a Lib format ?

Embedding fonts on a web page is something that many have dreamed about
for a long time, but it's mainly a pipe-dream. You should normally
restrict yourself to the common browser fonts:
