I want a slightly different template than what is available when I choose to create a new document under 'started templates' - how can I get more templates? Or how can I create my own? Must be responsive.

Your CSS should indicate which version of Bootstrap you're using.

Dreamweaver supports up to version 4.4. 

The current Bootstrap release version is 5.3.
