Adobe CC on my laptop

New Here ,
Nov 29, 2016 Nov 29, 2016

Hi, I have purchased a license for Adobe CC, I believe I am allowed to use this on both my desktop and laptop. Is this correct. It all works great on the desktop, but when I try to use it on my laptop I get a message saying "Validating License" then the laptop just sits there with the wheel spinning and nothing happens. If I try to run when not on-line I get the message "Unable to validate the license". Can anyone help.

Regards Alex

Without internet access, you can't activate your installation.

Once it's activated to your Creative Cloud log-in, it should run fine offline.

This is correct.

Is the laptop connected to the internet?

If that is the case, then try shutting the the program down on the desktop before starting the program on the laptop.

Both are correct. Cannot connect with CC when on the INTERNET or disconnected. Just get the spinning wheel as it tries to verify my account.  Have tried closing and shutting down laptop and rebooting, still same results.

You realize, you 're not allowed to use both Desktop & Laptop versions at the same time.

Does laptop meet min-requirements to run Creative Cloud & DW CC?

System requirements | Adobe Creative Cloud

Which operating system do you have?

Which version of DW are you running?

Hi again, Yes I do know you cannot run both versions at the same time. I have been trying to run it on the laptop at my place of employment (which doesn't have INTERNET connectivity). The laptop more than meets the specification to run and the version I am using which is the current edition 2017 running on Windows 10.

Regards Alex.
