Advanced Login Extension

Problems, problems! Downloaded the Advanced Login Extension and installed it. All server connections working etc and database is set up. The extension recognizes the database but when I try to do anything with advanced login (ie set it up) it crashes Dreamweaver - every time! Am I missing something? Have been working on a login page and thought this extension would be my savior.
