An FTP error occurred = cannot make a connection to host.

User limit reached or not authorised to make the connection due to local firewall blocking FTP data.

1. Use FileZilla or another dedicated S/FTP client to connect.  If that fails, something is wrong at the server's end.

2. Contact your hosting provider to ensure you're using the correct log-in credentials and method.  They may have reset permissions without telling you.  See screenshot.
