I'm sorry you encountered problems with my site. I had not noticed that, but apparently it is back up and fine now. I've got a pretty decent web host and it's usually there when I check.

I agree, especially since most of the time it won't be in the control
the author/owner of the site, its more likely a transit problem, as
there are always other networks involved in getting a website. Anyone
one of them could be having issues, resulting in the route being changed
or the data just not getting there.

I'm not Bob Flynn, but websites being temporarily unavailable is a fact
of life. Expecting the owners of websites to send an email to you when
the problem is resolved is unrealistic. FWIW, the site is definitely
available now.
