Boostrap navbar submenues

Hello. I'm using a bootstrap 4 navbar. I am trying to add a submenu to a dropdown menu item.

  Focused Therapists

  Focused Family Therapists >Submenu item

Mobile-first websites work best when navigation is streamlined to no more than two levels. 

Open Snippets panel (Shift + F9).

Go To Bootstrap Snippets > Expand Dropdowns.  Select one.
