as a joke I would say, DW is already struggling to work on a computer, so on an iPad, I can't imagine the result... otherwise, no there is no Android nor IOs application for DW so far.

that said... I don't think you want to develop a site from an iPad!!! so what tasks in particular would you like to perform from a mobile device?

No.  You need a desktop Mac or Windows PC.

If you really need a code editor for iPad, get one from the Apple Store.
