Hi,

Since there is no option for me to email tech support I'm asking you guys for help. Tried to open DW and I got a pop-up error message followed by a 2nd one. I closed them, DW tried to open but could not. The 1st message said this:

After I closed it a 2nd window appeared and showed this:

Any ideas of how I can fix this? I tried restarting my computer but that did not help. All of my updates are current. I use Windows. I really appreciate any help someone could offer me. I last used it a couple of days ago without any problems. I have CS5.5.

Thanks,

Stephanie

Rename the Configuration directory to Configuration-bu and start Dreamweaver.

The location of the Configuration folder is as per error message

    C:\Users\Stephanie\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS5.5\en_US\Configuration

Thank you guys so much!!! I was overwhelmed by the suggestions because they seemed to be over my head techie wise. I tried BenPleysier's suggestion 1st because it seemed simpler and IT WORKED!!! Took me a bit to figure out how to get to the location but I did. I really, really appreciate your help. I'm back in business!

It means your current Workspace is corrupted.

    Restore Preferences as described below

Restore preferences in Dreamweaver CS4, CS5, and CS5.5
