Can't open widget browser or any widget in Dreamweaver CS5

I recently installed CS5, having upgraded from CS3.  I installed Air and then the Widget Browser as instructed.  The Widget Browser works just fine, but it will not integrate with DW.  There is no tab for "widget" in the insert menu or the common area. Am I missing something?

I see a "Widget..." menu item in my Insert menu and a "Widget" icon (pic of a gear) in the Common area. Are you not seeing those?

Here are screen grabs of the the "Common" area as well as the"Insert Menu."  The Widget icon or word is just not there.

With DW shutdown, follow Step #12 in this TechNote:

http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/405/kb405604.html

This will disable any extensions that you have installed, so you'll need to re-enable them in the Extension Manager. I suggest re-enabling them 1 at a time so you can isolate conflicts between extensions, if any.

HTH,

Randy
