I have to create simple graphics for an eblast that will be emailed out using Microsoft Outlook. Will the html created by my design in Adobe Dreamweaver work for this purpose. I read different opinions in old articles dating back to 2013 but nothing from 2017. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

The use of an e-mail service such as Campaign Monitor, iContact, MailChimp or Constant Contact is highly recommended.

Start with an Email Template that is industry tested to perform well in most major email clients.

Thank you for responding. I agree completely and would rather use another email service but will need to convince those that will be sending the email! The article is great and I will use that to try and convince my coworkers. Thanks again for the answer.

Don't email through Outlook.  It won't keep the styling from Dreamweaver, it will end up looking horrible and unprofessional.  There are plenty of email services out there to choose from and ones like Mailchimp that have small free plans that are worth investigating.
