Centering in window

Hello. I am a beginner with Dreamweaver, but I have noticed many sites are able to center the displayed page in the browser window, such that on a higher resultion screen the page always appears centered in the window with appropriate width black borders on each side - wider as the resolution increases. Can anyone tell me how to set this up in Dreamweaver CS3? I have a "master" template page that everything else is built from (this contains a logo and a Spry menu, along with an editable region). Many thanks in advance for the help!

Can you give me a hint about what to look for? I am truly a beginner (trying to upgrade the brain daily). My pages are already built - is this something I can change on a property of the template, or something I can add in HTML?

centering. Look at the CSS and the HTML. That's how to do it.
