Clicking OK doesn't work

Question

I downloaded the Dreamweaver extension
dwmx2004_extensions_for_cfmx7 for my dreamweaver 8. I did this so i
would beable to connect to Access's database. I click on the (+)
button and scroll down to Microsoft Access connection and click it.
Then I enter my information and go to click ok nothing happens. The
screen stays up and everything. I see the button depress but thats
it. Can you please help me?

Look at the status bar. Are you getting page errors? It sounds as though
the javascript is getting hung up somehow.

I suspect that this is because you're using an extension designed for DW MX
2004 in DW 8. Have you checked to see if there is an updated version?

I also don't understand why you need the extension to connect to Access. You
can create a data source in CF Administrator and point to the Access
database.
