Interface bug.

I have a MacBook Pro (intel) and 2 monitors. In DreamWeaver the Color select tool under CSS Designer does not respond when DW is on the monitors and not on the MacBook it self. Why ?

What version of DW? Have you checked all your monitors to ensure that the color selector is not appearing on any of the screens, including the MBP?  If it's not appearing at all you might need to reset preferences or reinstall.

I have the latest version of it all. The selector appears on all monitors, i just can'nt be used by the mouse, as it can on the Macbook's screen when DW is draged over there for a test. This has been so for a numer of versions of DW.

Focus is problematic on dual displays. Especially when the two displays have separate graphics cards/drivers.

The best option is to edit code in CODE view.  Working with code is much faster & more precise than panels.

To change colors, use Quick Edit (right-click or Ctrl+E) to display the color picker tool, see screen capture.

Hope that helps.

Merry Christmas!
