Creating a comment box with html editor

I think this is a hard thing to achieve but I also believe that the forum experts can help me with this I want to create a comment box with html editor capabilities like there should be a button for bold italic etc if u are not able to understand then u can check such a comment box at

FCKEditor is a fairly popular solution for this. If you don't want the hassle of setting it up yourself, WebAssist creates a Dreamweaver extension called iRite. It's not free, but is not particularly expensive. I haven't used it myself, but from what I hear, it works just fine.

just incase u didn't knew FCKeditor has a licenseing fee of 375$ for websites.

The $375 licence is the price for a closed distribution licence that permits you to alter FCK editor without acknowledgement. The open source licence currently remains free.
