Cursor switching over to the insert! Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2017

During the work with the program Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2017 cursor switching "over to the insert ".  What to do? I can not function normally!

Could you please explain the problem a little bit further. Is the cursor switching over in Dreamweaver or the website?

Ben,

In the Find & Replace boxes (where you type text or code) the cursor is tiny.  I can't get a screengrab  to show you.  So here is a rough idea of what I mean.   Are you seeing the same thing?

No I do not have that problem. I have tried using different font sizes and font types, but cannot replicate the phenomenon.

OK, now I get you. This happened to me just once and I did not give it a second thought mainly because I thought that I must have accidentally pressed the 'INS' key while thinking that I pressed F12.
