Disable image description (alt text) popup

Hello I'm using CS6 and it's been annoying me for years with an " image description (alt text)" popup every time I paste an image. This was just an annoyance but now I'll be doing this up to 100 times a day. Needless to say that interrupts my work flow and $$ is $$ so I can't afford to be slowed down by something I know after the first couple times it showed up (like any non-idiot I looked up what it meant. I think this is annoying but also pretty stupid if the user never did it. I can see the helpfulness the first dozen times but after that it's been seared into my brain for a decade or so. SO is there anyway to disable it? Even if it means dsiabling all potential popups?

I haven't used CS6 in more than a decade.  IIRC, you can dismiss the prompt with your ESC key.

Image ALT attributes are necessary. Without them, your page won't pass Code Validation or Web Accessibility tests.

1) ALT text assists vision impaired users who can't see images.

2) When your image fails to load, browsers display the ALT text instead.

Given that you have so many images to insert, perhaps you should start exploring scripted methods for automatically populating pages with content. It will save you hours of tedious coding and simplify site management.

The scripts & methods you decide on will depend on what your hosting plan supports.

PHP, ASP.net, SQL, JSON, etc...

Why not make it easy on yourself. In a secure (password protected) Admin module, create a form with a Dropzone as one of the inputs. Other inputs can include the name of the gallery/product, the path to the image, image name and alt-text. When the form is submitted to the backend, you can load the images, resize the images for large images and thumbnails, add watermarks and save the image. A database upsert ensures that the data is available for the frontend.

All that is now required for the frontend is a repeat area containing the image (including the alt-text).

Just saying.
