Displaying master page and detail data on separate pages using PHP.

I have used the master page data set in dreamweaver cs4.  It works fine, but I want to take it to another level.  I am developing a job board web site.  I want the user to click on the job title on the master page , to see the job profile in the detail page , but I want the detail page to be different for each job posting. I have surf the internet regarding this issue.  I did find a video on youtube, but I am looking for something more information. How can I do this using PHP?
