.dll error when install extension

Hi,

I trying to install yahooMS extension on DW CS3 or DW 8 and on both I get the same message: Can't install extension because Drewaver is using Xerces-2_3_0.dll but I don't have this .dll on my system...

Any suggestions? By the way, I'm running windows vista.

thats very easy i assumed you have vista already this is what you do you go to control panel and go to the user acount setting setting and then turn off the user account control this feature will let you now install itself in your dreamweaver application
