Dreamwaver error [213:11]

My Adobe Dreamwaver CS6 12.0.3 SW gives error 213:11 when started 

 

Full message is 

Configuration error
A problem has occurred with the licensing of this product . Restart your computer and re-launch the roduct.

If this problem still occurs after restrting contact Customer Support for further assistance and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen

  1. Close Dreamweaver.
  2. Open the Run dialog box (Windows key+R)
  3. Type in %appdata% and click OK
  4. Open the Adobe folder
  5. Delete the Adobe PCD folder
  6. Delete the SLData folder
  7. Open Dreamweaver.
