This may help people who encountered the same problem as I did.
Installed Dreamweaver 19.2 on a new Windows 10: it crashed as soon as I closed the welcome screen
Tried al solutions on divers forums, spent hours and hours, nothing helped.
SOLUTION: With Creative Cloud I installed an earlier version (18) alongside the existing one.
BINGO! Both versions worked faultlessly!!
Next, uninstalled the old version (again with Creative Cloud) and the new version kept on working normally.
BEWARE:
1. Create a System Restore Point at every step;
2. Keep your preferences when uninstalling the old version.

This solution did not work for me and I've also been searching for hours for a solution. Any other ideas? I'm also on Windows 10 and have the exact same issue.

I'm not having any problems with DW 2019 on Windows 10 with latest 1903 updates. I have the latest drivers for my video card, mouse, keyboard, etc...
Re-boot ocmoputer in Safe Mode. Does DW still crash on launch?

I'm on Windows 10 1803 17134.885. I just did a factory reset on my computer, cleaned the drives, tried again and the same thing still happens. I'm unsure how to isolate the crash log. If I just completely reset my computer, it has to be an incompatibility issue with the software and the OS, right? Since it can't be a corrupted file if I just completely started from scratch.

Did you uninstall DW, run the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool and then re-install? If you didn't, the old app is still there corruptions and all. See both links below.

Yes, I did just that several times before factory resetting my computer, and just now after doing so. I have tried all of those solutions in the links, running as admin, creating a new user profile, checking permissions, firewalls, recreating preferences, etc. I'm so disappointed
