Dreamweaver 2017 update

The panels are not working correctly. Upon launch the standard workspace opens but the work area is clipped and I don't seem to be able to adjust anything. I am unable to read the tabs or see the open code files.

Also when I open the preferences the window FAAAAAAAAAAAR excedes the visible limit of my screen.

How do I fix this, or is it possible to revert back to the last iteration?
