Dreamweaver 2019

Installed Dreamweaver 2019. After opening the program, it goes to bed after about 20 seconds.
What can I do?

Which operating system do you have? 

Dreamweaver 19 was compatible with older systems. It was not tested on newer ones.

If problem persists, try Restore Preferences as shown below.

Restore Preferences seems to have fixed the problem so far.
