Dreamweaver 8 vs CS3

Hi..Can anyone explain to me the difference between 8 and CS3? I would like to attend training and I'm wondering if there is it matters which course I attend. I'm finding many that offer Dreamweaver 8. I actually have Dreamweaver CS3.
