Dreamweaver CS 6 serial not working

Hi, I have an old Dreamweaver version CS6 which I would need to use. I have purchased it and have a serial, but when applying the serial, the program says the serial is revoked

I used the program last some 5 years ago and the serial was accepted and all was fine and there was no problem with the serial during installation. I contacted Adobe support and they suggested I ask community for help. The program installs without  problems and works fine but I could only activate the trial for 30 days.

    There is nothing we can do for you here. They should have told you if the license was revoked you would need to talk to the original party that sold you the license. Adobe had gone through a bunch of resellers that were selling illegal or invalid licenses and the one you purchased was identified in that. Your only option at this point is to purchase a new CC license, or consider alternatives.

    Thanks Ben, I suspected something like this although I trusted the company I purchased it from and it was a big software seller in the UK. Very frustrating not being able to use the software that I have once purchased, but maybe it's time to upgrade to the new version anyways.

    The code is outdated and not responsive on mobile & tablet devices.
