dreamweaver cs5.5 inserting image

When inserting an image, dreamweaver is not giving me the option to choose from

my local site folder.  Usually a window comes up called select image source.  Instead

the Tag Accessibly attribute window comes up.

How can I get the option to choose from my local site folder? It was working before....
