Dreamweaver CS6: Trying to Remove Templates

I need assistance removing templates from a page. When I updated the current template on an old page, it duplicated the content (or for some reason showed older commented out content, not sure) and the template so now I have two. I can't remove because they are in <-- InstanceBegin --> comment and I can't delete.

Here is the page:

Celtic Tours Operator Travel Ireland Scotland London Italy

You can see two pages on top of each other.

I checked online and it said to go to Select Tools > Templates > Detach from Template but I can't find that.

Please offer assistance if possible. I need to adjust this ASAP
