dreamweaver mx 2004 and fireworks mx 2004

Hello,

I have been trying to creat a photo gallery within DW , command , creat a photo gallery. However , each time I attempt to do so , a window pops up telling me to download the fireworks version 4 . I went Adobe's site download fireworks 8 ( inspit of having fireworks mx 2004 allready on my system). Closed all DW programs , re-opend DW , same thing happend. I did find some "fix's" on Adobe's site , downloaded them as well.

Have any clues as why this no longer works for me. I'm on a MAC ibook.

Preferences >> File Type Editors

Browse to the application(s), quit DW and restart.
