Dreamweaver not starting

Hi there when I start Dreamweaver shortly after starting I get a screen pop up say Adobe Dreamweaver CC2017 has stopped working.

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly .

Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

But window dose nor respond to it.

Can anyone help me please.

Any chance you have Lavasoft's Web Companion installed?

There's a known conflict there that won't allow DW to open. Web Companion would need to be uninstalled.

If that's not it...

What version of Windows are you using?
Which DW version (2017.0, 2017.0.1 or 2017.1)?
Has it ever worked correctly on this machine/OS?
