dreamweaver opens slowly i cannot tell what it should do

I don't see how to start perhaps  ... the functions confuse me ... am i on the wrong page

this program could be missing 7 lines of code it behaves worse than that ... in my  opinion ...

What version are you running? "Wrong page" - what are you talking about? Why are you posting to the extensions sub-forum? Is this an extension problem? You really need to provide better details if you want anyone to be able to help.
