Dreamweaver taking hours to open?

Very regularly that I open Dreamweaver it takes Dreamweaver a lonnnnnnnng time to actually open. Sometimes hours. Most of the time it is between 30-50 minutes. This is not productive, I have wanted to give up on Dreamweaver at this point, but required to use it for work. This is a screenshot of what I have been seeing for the past 24 minutes, and still waiting (this is the normal). I know one of the other guys in the office has shorter wait times, but still has this issue. I have uninstalled CC and all Adobe products, and reinstalled it hoping to correct the situation. I have tried from a signed out, and a signed in account on CC (thinking it was hung up there somehow).

The only way I can find to make the opening delay shorter is close and reopen the program many times a day, which is also, time consuming.

28 minutes still looking at the loading screen...

Any help would be greatly appreciated, by me and I am sure by my boss....
