How do i keep track of the number of people that search the site?

1) Please be more specific. Your question is much to vague to be answered. People are searching within your website? Do you have some sort of search engine on your site? What typle? Searching for your website on an external search engine?

How do you want to count people? Unique people? IP addresses? Unique computers? Hits per period?

2) Please use more descriptive topics when posting questions. "Dreamweaver website" doesn't tell us anything about your question, other than the fact that it's about a Dreamweaver website. This is a dreamweaver forum, so we already know that part.

I finished my website and have it on a server. I wanted to see how many people actually went to visit the site. Is there a way to count all the users that visit?

Most web host offer stats on your site as part of your hosting package, and can be found in your cpanel, check it out. i use crystaltech, they offer good stats
