Please tell us more about your operating system and version, the software and version. Please use EXACT version numbers. "Latest version" does not tell us that you really have the latest version and will no more be true at the next version level.

What does this mean "it is stock"?

1. What error messages or warnings are you seeing?

2. Did DW ever work on this machine?

3. What were you doing just prior to it "not working"?

4. Which operating system?

5. Which version of DW?

6. Are you working with valid HTML and CSS code?
