Drop Down Menu

Hi All,
I placed a dropdown on my webpage and listed what I wanted in the dropdown, however when the page is loaded it doesn't show anything with the "&" charactor in it and dreamweaver changed the code. Here it is:

<select name="trade" id="trade">
<option>Please Choose</option>
<option value="ELECTRICIAN">ELECTRICIAN</option>
<option value="ELECTRICIAN COORDINATOR">ELECTRICIAN COORDINATOR</option>
<option value="ELECTRICIAN APPRENTICE">ELECTRICIAN APPRENTICE</option>
<option value="IND LIFT TRUCK & TOW REP">IND LIFT TRUCK & TOW REP</option>
<option value="IND LIFT TRUCK COORD">IND LIFT TRUCK COORD</option></select>


However I need the following line:
<option value="IND LIFT TRUCK & TOW REP">IND LIFT TRUCK & TOW REP</option>
to look like
<option value="IND LIFT TRUCK & TOW REP">IND LIFT TRUCK & TOW REP</option>

Any help on this would be appreciated.

I have a drop down that i put the '&' symbol into and it showed on the page fine maybe just use the & symbol insted of the html code for the symbol.

I'm not certain this is the cause, but there is a Preference that affects this. In preferences, under Category Code Rewriting, there is an option to tell DW to write & as &. Check to see if you have that option checked.
